« Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. »

« Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The twin room was spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. The initial problem with the heating was sorted out very quickly. We had our evening meal here, and can highly recommend the food. What really stands out at The Carpenters Arms, is the staff. Many thanks to Richard, Holly and Paula and to everyone that helps make this such a great place. We would certainly be happy to stay again. »

« This quaint, Grade 2 Listed building housing the bar and reception desk has excellent, family staff. The guest rooms are modern in design, clean & spacious. My son and I enjoyed looking around the village and ate at one of the various resturaunt's located nearby. Nice and quiet overnight, We left this morning to drop off my son at Gatwick Airport (30 minutes drive) avoiding the risk of him missing his flight. (We would have had to use the M25 if we drove from our home) »

« Beautiful, cosy and clean room. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Relaxing gardens with incredible art dotted through the pub and outside as well. »

« Staff were helpful and friendly but property is very tired. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and bedroom, and the room smelt slightly damp. There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning. »
