The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups seeking a refined holiday experience.

On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room that opens onto both a balcony of 6 m2 and a partly roofed terrace of 20 m2, offering generous outdoor living space. An open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, featuring 1 hot plate, 3 gas rings, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor.

The top floor hosts all 3 sleeping areas. 2 of the bedrooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with individual air conditioning units and access to a balcony of 3 m2.
