« This is a very nice lodge in Richland on the water. We were very surprised with the Lodge, dining, rooms and location. Very nice area for walking for exercise. Shopping, food and gas readily available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan on going back to stay at this lodge again. It was quite nice. »

Was completely amazed at the customer service by the desk clerk who not only was extremely courteous when checking in, but he came around and helped us with the door and our luggage rack. This seems like something every desk clerk would do, but that is not necessarily true. Not only was he helpful, he was so kind!
