Open-plan kitchen and dining area with a mezzanine level that includes a large TV lounge.
Upstairs: A master bedroom with a king-size bed and a dressing room.
Ground floor: Two large bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with three children's beds), a shower room, and a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet.
Second House:

Spacious living room and kitchen area.
First bedroom, flexible with either two single beds or a king-size bed, and a shower room with a toilet.
Second bedroom with a double bed, with an option to add a double mattress in the living room. The house has a private terrace and garden.
Outdoor Spaces:

Garden: 6000 m² of private garden shared between the two houses.
Sports Facilities: Basketball court (half size), soccer field, pétanque, trampoline, zip line (25m), swing, ping pong, and foosball tables.
Swimming Pool: A 4.5m x 8.5m saltwater pool, maintained several times a week. It can be either private or shared depending on guest preferences.

Guest Access:

Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.

A €200 deposit is required for equipment rentals (balls, snowshoes, petanque balls).
