'This is a perfectly lovely apartment. Very compact but makes good use of space. Being an older couple, I would say it is not for older people who have mobility or pain issues, as I do. There is no lift and it is on the second floor (3rd if you are from the US!) and the stairway is a stone winding staircase. I just about managed it twice per day. And I wish there had been somewhere to lounge in the apartment, but the chairs were not for lounging in. Other than this - which was MY issue - the...

'The place was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect, with a station nearby, which made everything very convenient. I’m really glad I chose to stay here.'

'The best thing about the apartment was the location being right by the train station, and we got the room on the first floor. However, the trash was full and extremely smelly when we arrived there were no trash bags for us to place in the trashcan and we ran out of toilet paper. The check out instructions, state cleaning expectations yet there was nothing in the apartment to clean with. Communicating with the with the property manager was extremely difficult, because he did not speak English.'

'Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!'

'This VRBO is in an excellent location. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance as well as a Carrefour supermarket and many shops. The apartment is indeed « magnificent » with two good sized bedrooms and a large open space with kitchen and living room space. Our hosts communicated with us promptly from the time we booked the apartment until we checked out. We were able to enjoy the Bordeaux and its surroundings. Bravo to all who are part of this wonderful residence. '
