Le Chant des Oiseaux

We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Trédion, this charming house of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers, ideal for families with children. It is composed of a pretty living room of 25 m² (with fireplace), an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 300 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and fireplace (wood provided).
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- An enclosed garden of 3,300 m² and a terrace of 16m², facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Trédion in the Morbihan, in a very quiet area in the countryside. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... A supermarket is accessible at 7 km.

Activities :
- Hiking : The Villeneuve circuit is mainly on forest paths, with very few tarmac roads, except in the village at the finish.
- The castle of Suscinio: This medieval fortress was once the favourite residence of the Dukes of Brittany, 33 km from Trédion
- Gulf of Morbihan: An inland sea dotted with islands and famous for its oysters, 27 km from Trédion.
- Conleau beach 40 minutes away by car

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park inside the residence which can accommodate up to 3 cars (all types of vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Vannes train station located about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Vannes-Golfe du Morbihan airport located about 22 minutes away by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
