This classic Breton holiday home offers a dream location and a breathtaking sea view. It is located in the middle of a 5 000 sqm garden plot on a slope above the bay of Goas-Treiz. The absolute highlight is the wooden terrace in front with a 180° panoramic view of the Rosa granite coast. Enjoy the fantastic spectacle of the rock formations or small islands appearing in the rhythm of the tides from your sun lounger. If you prefer a more sporty approach, you can follow the many kilometres of publican's paths along the coast to the nearest seaside resorts. In the evening, you will be happy to end the day by a cosy open fire. The seaside resort of Trébeurden marks the beginning and end of the famous pink granite coast, the Côte de Granit Rose with its picturesque rock formations and the popular seaside resorts of Trébeurden, Trégastel, Ile Grande and Perros-Guirec. It is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Brittany and is very popular for its fine sandy beaches. There are only three pink granite coasts of this kind in the world, another in Corsica and a last one in China. The colourful weekly market in the village attracts visitors every Tuesday with regional specialities. A detour to the impressive rock formations in Ploumanach is definitely recommended.
