« Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason. »

« Staff was nice and friendly, however the hotel is falling into disrepair. Many ceiling leaks and water damage all over property including in the pool area which was actively leaking. Elevator out of service due to a flood on the lower level. Pool water was fairly cold and our room consistently smelled like pot or cigarettes and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. « I booked here after my flight was delayed and Cobblestone properties cancelled my entire reservation with no refund because I was unable to check in on time. The hotel was clean, kind, and so helpful with absolutely everything the entire time of my stay. I will be back the next time I visit. »
