Each unit is fully self-contained with its own bathroom and private entrance. Together, they give your group real flexibility, communal when you want it, private when you need it. The Cedar unit's balcony is a natural group hangout for morning coffee or evening drinks over Eighth Street.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES
All guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. For a group this size it becomes a real hub, fire up the grill, pull up the chairs, and make it a night in TC.

THE BUILDING
The Timberline Collection is a character-filled older building that's been thoughtfully remodeled. Economy upscale: genuine character, clean and well-maintained, without trying to be a luxury hotel. Each unit carries its own tree namesake and a consistent design language that's warm without being heavy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Steps from the TART Trail and a short walk to The Filling Station, Raduno, and the core of what makes TC such a great destination. This is a lively corner of town. There's a nightclub behind the building that operates evenings and into the night. Every unit is equipped with a sound machine, and most groups find it easy to wind down. Groups taking the whole floor tend to enjoy the energy of the block, just know it's there going in.
