  • Perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. M22 Bay View Breeze is a nicely decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large sandy beach across the road—the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunrises and clear night skies.

    Upon entering the residence, guests will encounter a spacious living area with a full kitchen and dining space. The entire residence is on a single level, including all three bedrooms.

    Across the road, 100 feet of private lakeshore can be enjoyed along the pristine waters of West Bay. Amenities such as a fire pit, kayaks, and beach chairs complete the relaxation requirements.

    We welcome well-behaved pets and owners who clean up after them.

the place has everything and is a great location with a wonderful view. we visited wineries all day and hung out evenings in the beautiful back yard around the gas fire pit.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and the private beach was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan view.

Felt like home away from home

We had a memorable week at the beautiful property, such a well stocked property with perfect private beach including fire pit and kayaks! Slept great and enjoyed the landscaped backyard complete with gas grill. We would happily visit again.

very well-stocked home with a beautiful backyard (with a grill) and even nicer private beach (across M22). enjoyed using the kayaks, beach chairs and sand toys. large dining room table accommodated our group.

Great location with great hosts.

I have used VRBO for a number of vacations and this home met all my expectations. Very comfortable and well equiped. The view of the bay is lovely and be sure to check out the amazing blue spruce in the yard.

Excellent Location & Beautiful View

We loved how clean this home was & the location was perfect. The view from the living room window is gorgeous! The beach was an added bonus that we enjoyed everyday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as stated. Six adults stayed here for six nights & it was very comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

Loved it

First off the beds were amazing. I have stayed at so many others for work and this one had the most comfortable beds. Loved the little beach area. It was perfect for a nice little relax after a long day. I have learned I am not a kayak person.. lol but if you are then you will enjoy them. All and all it was a great stay. And I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Relaxed Stay!

The property was very, very clean and well cared for. It was well stocked with living essentials (Soaps, cleaning products, TP , paper towels, etc) kitchen items, linens, etc. It was in a very good location easily accessible to downtown Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Very nice beach. It is located on a very busy street (M-22) so if you have small children or pets who easily run from you -you need to be aware of that. Highly recommend property!
