Welcome to “Luxe on Front,” a newly renovated two-story home offering 1800 sq ft of stylish comfort in the heart of downtown Traverse City. The home blends original charm with fresh furnishings, thoughtful décor, and modern conveniences. With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating area, and six parking spaces including an ADA ramp, this home is designed for relaxed gatherings, family vacations, and pet-friendly stays.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $200 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets have to be on leash when outside the backyard.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

Three bedrooms are located on the main floor:

• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk

The fourth bedroom upstairs includes a full pull-out sofa with a mattress topper. A Pack ‘n Play and high chair are provided for families. With four sleeping spaces plus infant gear, the home comfortably hosts up to 9 guests and a baby, which is a rare find in downtown Traverse City.

Two full bathrooms provide ample convenience. The first-floor bath includes a walk-in shower. The second-floor bath features a deep soaking tub along with a washer and dryer. Both are stocked with quality amenities.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The main-level kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, a gas stove, dishwasher, blender, and dedicated coffee station with coffee and tea. Children’s dinnerware and a high chair are included, along with pet supplies for your four-legged companions.

☆☆ UPSTAIRS KITCHEN ☆☆
The upstairs kitchen offers a bright and practical space for simple meal prep or relaxed morning coffee. White cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and hardwood floors create a warm and inviting setting. Guests will find a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, and toaster oven, along with basic cookware and dinnerware.

A dedicated coffee station with a Keurig and a full carousel of pods is included for easy mornings. The small café style table by the window provides a cozy spot for two to enjoy breakfast or a quiet work session. This space is perfect for light cooking, reheating leftovers, or keeping snacks and drinks handy during your stay.

A formal dining room offers generous seating for group meals. Additional seating and a grill can be found on the front porch for outdoor dining.

Settle in with plush seating, a Smart TV with Hulu and app access for your own logins, plus a selection of board games, children’s books, and toys for added entertainment.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
You will have space for up to six vehicles in the private lot located directly behind the house. This makes arrivals easy and provides convenient access throughout your stay.

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $100.00 additional fee. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a fee of $100.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 9 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Only dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $200 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $200 for up to two dogs (only dogs are allowed, cats are not permitted). Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.

•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.

•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.

•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
