This light and bright beach vacation condo is located directly on the best beach on the East Grand Traverse Bay.Relax on your private deck with a drink, while enjoying the stunning direct bay views and watching a breathtaking sunset. Begin your day watching the sunrise while sipping your freshly brewed coffee. The sandy beaches are ideal for swimming and water sports of every kind. The resort also has a heated swimming pool.

The luxurious, upscale, yet relaxed interior has vaulted ceilings, and features granite countertops in the kitchen and bath with solid bamboo floors in living areas. It has been professionally decorated with all new high end furniture and has flat screen HD TV's with cable service.

The master bedroom offers a king size four poster bed with a pillow top Beauty Rest mattress and down bedding. The living room has a sofa and lounge chair with all down cushions plus a wicker occasional chair. The dinning area has a round table w/ four wicker chairs.

The luxurious bath is all new with a huge tiled walkin shower, granite countertops and stackable washer/dryer.

This was a lovely place to stay for our 61st anniversary. Only minor issues like a burned out light bulb in one of the lamps and some cobwebs on the lampshade of another lamp. The blinds in the dining area were damaged and the sheets on the bed could have been better.....but everything else was wonderful. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. The decorations and feel of the condo is very welcoming. The view is gorgeous. Everything we needed was there. There was no check in to speak of as 3 days before our trip we got the code for the condo door. Very easy! The host was easy to reach and very responsive. The condo is close to many things. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Anniversary trip

The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The location was nice, as it’s right on the bay with restaurants within walking distance. The view was amazing. The only downside was that when sitting on the deck watching the amazing view, you can hear the traffic in the front of building. One other thing that was disappointing was that we were unable to use the pool or hot tub because there were lots of families with kids and the pool area closed at 9, so having adult swim time was not possible. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay.

The condo was right on the water offering great views of the bay. There were restaurants within walking distance which made the location great. Bed and bedding was very nice and comfortable. Improvement in the property would be a working TV in the bedroom and toiletries for the week. Not a big deal, but I had to go buy shampoo and soap as there was enough for a two day stay. Overall, great little property.

A beautiful condo with a great view of the bay! We would definitely stay there again. Easy to get around the construction by taking 3 Mile which is straight out the condo. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of chairs on the beach which is swept every morning.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking view of traverse bay. Nice access to beach, for walking or sitting. Close to everything. We found the bed to be really high and hard, but that’s a matter of taste. The condo is decorated gorgeously and the complex is very quite.
