A comfortable apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located in a building facing the sea on the Colombo promenade, just 5 meters from the beach entrance. The apartment is conveniently located in an area with all essential amenities, very close to the historic center. In fact, the Marina and the Villa Comunale are less than a 10-minute walk away, and St. Nicholas Cathedral and the Castle are just a quarter of an hour away. The train station is only a 12-minute walk away.



The 24-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 7 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:

- A kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, a mini-fridge with a freezer, and a coffee maker; snack area with stools and split AC

- Bedroom with a double bed, a fold-out single bed, an open wardrobe with shelves, and a TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heat pump heating and heated towel rack in the bathroom, window screens, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The entrance to the accommodations are located in a shared entryway with two other apartments. Recycling bins are located here; please dispose of your trash in them.



The entire accommodations are available for guests’ use.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is marvelous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the distinctive local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the town, visible from the sea.

The accommodations are conveniently located so that all points of interest and the sea are within a 20-minute walk. Essential amenities are within easy reach: within 600 meters, you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.



- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train toward Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, which is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.



- FROM TRANI STATION: The apartment is easily accessible in a 12-minute walk.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. On-street parking and nearby parking in blue-line zones are subject to a fee.
