'I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. 'Everything thing here costs a fortune. $5 for a cup of coffee really. The menu reminds me of one of these trendy bars where you go. Then stop at a fast food place because you're still hungry. And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles.
