With four bedrooms and air-conditioning throughout, the home provides a comfortable setup for larger groups and longer stays.

Outside, you’ll find a private outdoor area with a BBQ and a large rear yard – perfect for enjoying a relaxed afternoon or evening at home.

The property also offers secure side access with additional space for guests travelling with a boat, trailer, caravan or extra vehicles.

The Northside Haven is conveniently positioned close to local shopping, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday essentials.

Townsville's CBD and popular attractions including The Strand, Castle Hill and the Magnetic Island ferry terminal are also within easy driving distance, giving you the convenience of a quieter residential location while still being able to explore the city.

Guest Access

Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire home and yard throughout their stay.

Self check-in is available, with arrival and property access instructions provided prior to check-in.

Other Things to Know

The Northside Haven is located in a residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of surrounding neighbours, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property to identify excessive noise levels. The device does not record or listen to conversations. An external security camera is also positioned at the front entrance for security purposes.

Parties, functions and large gatherings are not permitted. We simply ask that guests enjoy the home responsibly and treat the property and surrounding neighbourhood with care.
