'The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying. The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! The windows looking at the pool from the hall were cool. The breakfast was great! The complimentary water bottles...

'Hello, Jessica at the front desk was extremely, extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Besides our interaction with her, our stay was less than desirable. I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the reasons that prompted us to cancel our second night. We respectfully are requesting a refund. Also we were charged for parking when we had a...

'This was the BEST resort my family has ever been to! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, the gym is massive and the pools are exactly as you’d expect. The service and the concierge are above and beyond! Our kids are ages 6 and 14 and there was something for them both to do all the time! We will be back and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury resort!'

'Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!'

'Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate'

'House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

'Mijn kamer zou maar 1 x per 2 weken worden schoongemaakt, na 15 dagen ben ik gaan vragen wanneer ze van plan zijn om mijn kamer schoon te maken. Het antwoord was we hebben te weinig personeel, we moeten eerst de kamers welke leeg komen schoon maken, daar was ik zeer gepikeerd over. Ik betaal voor een kamer inclusief service, schoonmaken hoort daar ook bij. Totaal beoordeling van mij is dan ook middelmatig.'

'We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends'
