« The staff is fantastic!! The spa was wonderful. Where they fall short is their technology and engineering kinks need to be worked out, and the restaurant, in room dining food was ok at best, sometimes terrible but two great items were the salad with green goddess dressing and the chia pudding with passion fruit and pears! They try too hard, too fancy doesn't mean great taste. Also, for this price, it should be organic!! The room key didn't work (more than 3x to set this up right, engineering...

« Our 3-night stay at The Fairmount was outstanding from the time we checked in until the time we departed. The staff is world-class, always going above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed. We had a beautiful two room suite on the third floor complete with all the amenities one would need. Highly recommend the quaint, boutique hotel for your get-away to San Antonio - you won't find a better location. »
