'The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you. '

'The hotel is ok for an overnight stay. All could do with a good cleaning and touch-ups. Staff is very friendly but also very busy running multiple chores at once. We felt a bit sorry for them. Restaurant is ok if you order the dish of the day. We ordered from the menu but that turned out to be too much to ask (undercooked chicken, replaced by the same chicken warmed up on the same bun).'
