The detached villa 'Mas Nuria' has recently been completely renovated while retaining the characteristic elements of Spanish architecture. The result is a very attractive villa with all modern conveniences and a very tasteful interior.
 
Mas Nuria consists of 3 floors.
Upon entering, the imposing hall immediately catches the eye. Through the hall you enter the spacious living room with streaming TV and French doors to the  terrace with sea view. From the terrace, steps lead down to the garden with swimming pool.
Furthermore, there is a cosy dining room with access to the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a dining area with access to a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
Also on the ground floor is an air-conditioned double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
 
Back to the hall....via the stairs you reach the floor with 2 cosy double bedrooms, one with a balcony. Naturally, both bedrooms have air conditioning. Also on this floor a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower and an extra guest toilet.
 
Back to the hall....via the stairs down, you enter the garage underneath the house. Here is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge with freezer.
Through the garage you have access to the beautiful 1000 m2 garden with several terraces.
 
Of course, a private pool should not be missing!
The garden has a lovely 8x4 swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and a dining table.
To make it all complete, there is an extra bathroom with toilet and shower by the pool.
 
Mas Nuria is located in the quiet urbanisation Torre Vella, 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit. This long and wide beach, of more than 5 km, is ideal for families with children where you can enjoy the Mediterranean. For the more adventurous, the area of l'Estartit is perfect for mountain hikes, for example to the Montgrí castle or to smaller coves along the coast. The showpiece of this area are the Illes Medes, small islands in the sea, where you can go by boat and/or practice diving.
