The interiors are characterized by stone, star and barrel vaults, typical of traditional southern Apulian construction.
The house consists of living room with dining room and 2 single sofa beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 small hallway, kitchenette, full shower room and a mini courtyard furnished with table and chairs.

La Casa delle Rondini is located in the historic center of Monacizzo, a hamlet of the municipality of Torricella south of Taranto and only 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast, a small village with a historic center that has remained unchanged for years, with narrow alleys and enchanting views.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
