Hôtel sympa
Petit week-end en famille Hôtel sympa, un peu bruyant parfois avec ses 440 chambres mais pour qqs jours c’est amplement suffisant surtout si on parle de qualité/prix. Petit-déjeuner / brunch jusqu’à 13h30!!

A fuir. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel dès la première nuit. Dégâts des eaux dans la chambre voisine qui a inondé tout l’étage d’excréments. Personne ne nous a prévenu avant d’arriver devant notre chambre laissée ouverte par le personnel de l’hôtel laissant à la vu de tous et sans surveillance nos affaires. Nous avons reçu aucune excuse ou explication. Nous avons dû nous plaindre pour que l’ont nous propose une nouvelle chambre. Contrairement à la réception refaite à neuve, toutes les chambres sont très anciennes. Pas de lit double même pour les couples. Prévoir 1h par jour pour trouver une place de parking. Je déconseille sincèrement cette établissement pour toutes ces raisons.

Het hotel was netjes, alleen de kamer was ontzettend gehorig. Je kon de buren letterlijk horen praten. Hierdoor wordt ook de nachtrust verstoord. De deuren kunnen een likje verf gebruiken en sluiten niet goed. Pas nadat je een flinke duw geeft. Ontbijt was verder prima. Parkeren vlakbij het hotel is ook een ramp. Alles staat altijd vol.

Nice Hotel. Some of the stuff was really rude sadly. And at one night they were to men fighting in the hallway a bit scary. The public transport was not good.

Heat was still on inside the rooms. No way to cool it down. Room was at 27.0 Celsius. Room was clean and enjoyed the view. Breakfast was amazing, probably the best I have had compared to other stays.

Fine for a night
Centrally located, no parking but some nearby, dont do what we did and check in via the self service machine, long drawn out process and the app for the key is useless. Get a physical key from reception. Breakfast was a bit strange, but it wasnt expensive so cant complain much.

Muy buena experiencia , todo muy limpio y una de las limpiadoras jovencita super agradable, teníamos chucherías y entraron hormigas y nos dejó una nota que las había cambiado de bolsa ,muy atenta. Por poner un pero eché en falta una nevera ya que no podía tener agua fresquita y las máquinas expendedoras que hay son bastante caras , pero en general volvería.

Buen hotel
Buena atención del personal, la comida muy buena, además siempre estaban pendientes de reponer, todo siempre estaba limpio, además el horario es muy amplio. Lo único negativo es que las camas eran individuales y el tamaño y altura de los colchones eran distintos, en tal sentido, tuve que juntarlos, uno quedaba más alto que el otro, a la hora de dormir incómoda un poco pero nada grave. Algo que no entiendo, que me pasa en los hoteles que voy en España, es que el estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte, se debe dejar el vehículo en la calle.

Permítanos informarle que hemos tomado buena nota de sus observaciones en cuanto a la mejora de nuestras instalaciones y servicios, muy especialmente en cuanto a la diferencia en los colchones de la habitaciones donde fue acomodada junto con el cargo adicional por el uso del aparcamiento y le haremos llegar copia a la Dirección para su consideración e introducir las mejoras necesarias. Volviendo al tema de las camas, ruego informe a recepción si tal circunstancia volviera a suceder.
