I spent 20 minutes trying to find the lock box below a park bench among 40 other lock boxes all attached to the same bench. It was stuck in ice and I froze my fingers at -15C. I guess this is their idea of a front desk. Not the welcome I was expecting. The heating system in the room is not working. The room temperature never went above 20C no matter how high we set it. It only made the fan spin faster, creating more wind and freezing us. We kept our winter coats inside and slept with our socks on. The wear and tear of this old room is evident: Doors that don't open, scratches everywhere, needs a coat of paint.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The property is just minutes from Scotiabank Arena and the CN Tower, with excellent views and a clean, scenic space that felt very well maintained. Communication was clear and easy, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public paid underground parking is conveniently located just outside. Absolutely lovely stay! The room was spotless when we arrived, and we loved the fresh floral scent blended with a hint of citrus it made the space feel so welcoming.
