Guests have an access to Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Sauna, Indoor Hot Tub, Steam Room and Gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center.

According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. Pets of a small and middle size are allowed in the apartment. You should carry out your pet in common areas. If you plan a stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have travel cribs (for 0 18 month old babies) and bed rails. $5 per one item per night. Please book them in advance.

Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees
