No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation »

Was told to come back as they didn't know where the swipe card was then had to come back later to then be told go back to the hotel now and the cleaner will meet you in the lobby to give access. Location was great and so was the view . Apartment was not cleaned properly still had previous guests hair all through the bathroom . Blinds are old and ripped .
