'The staffs were really helpful'

'I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

'Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. '

'Good clean rooms. Nice homely food. '

'Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful'

'Geen warm water in de douche'

'Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

'It’s really hard to find '

'The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

'Jammer dat de kamers, beschreven op hotels.com, niet zo zijn als dat het in het hotel is.De kamers heten anders op hotels.com, in het hotel bestond de door ons gereserveerde kamer, zoals geboekt bij hotels.com, niet.Dit is niet de eerste keer dat ons dit is overkomen. De site van hotels.com is niet goed en erg onduidelijk. Fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel. Aardige personeel. Alles was verder netjes en ruim. Badkamer met badkuip/douche en zelfs warm water. Ruime slaapkamer, waar we 2 extra bedden...

'Chambre très ordinaire bien situé mais assez difficile à trouver Proche du fort mais sans plus.Demander un cafe a 8 heures am et me répondre qu’il est trop tôt .Sure que l’ont trouve mieux ailleurs pour le même prix'

'It need some repairs but it was ok'

'The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Windows can be opened form outside and as there is no grill/net in some windows any one can enter into the room any time. The owner is a very nice person and he helped us in need. One of the hotel staff drove us for sightseeing in his own car on hire. This travel experience is terrible. AC did not work and it was too hot, horn did not sound, the car goes off suddenly and after repeated attempt it starts again.'
