'een zeer welkome en efficiente ontvangst. zeer klantvriendelijk personeel. de kamer was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en zeeer schoon. in de pub een uitstekende maaltijd genoten. 's morgens kon ik eerder ontbijten om op tijd op de luchthaven te kunnen zijn. kortom een uitstekend hotel en zeker een adres om terug te keren!!'

'The location was excellent and the price made it a very reasonable option. The room was clean, and although I did have to change rooms due to a broken air conditioning unit, this was handled without disrupting my sleep or overall stay too much.
Parking was straightforward once I realised you need to drive right up to the shutters to access the intercom for entry.
That said, the hotel does feel a little tired in places. The carpets in the rooms could do with updating, and unfortunately I had...

'Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. '

'We didn't get the type of room we paid for and the mattress was beyond uncomfortable, had a very thin duvet and only 2 very thin pillows. Spoke to reception the following morning and were moved immediately. Next room was more like what we were expecting. Mattress still uncomfortable where you could feel the springs, duvet & pillows were the same as other room. Shower head wasn't working properly, spoke to reception and to be fair she had it changed whilst we were out getting breakfast.'

'The location was nice. We had a sea view room. The problem is that the room also faced the road and we could hear cars all night. And, the mattress was the worst I have ever come across in a hotel. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bathroom had heated floors however, which was very nice. '

'My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.'
