The front of this historic home features a spacious covered patio with table and 2 chairs. Youll use the electronic lockbox to access the home. At first step youll see the light and bright living room w/ sectional sofa, chair, and ottoman. There is a coffee table, and two end tables with lamps for plenty of ambient lighting. There is a TCL Google TV (55 inches) in which you can stream your favorite apps OR use our Sling account (like basic cable) free.

We have easy to connect to speedy wifi through Buckeye Broadband.

Off of the living room is the galley kitchen featuring white cabinets, solid surface counters & a full sized gas stove and refrigerator. We have a microwave and toaster for guest use. We provide basic cooking supplies like a cookie sheet, pots, pans, containers etc. Plate wear and silverware are ample. There are plenty of cups/coffee mugs as well.

Guests can enjoy Keurig Coffee w/ an assortment of K cups. We also have a new Brita Pitcher in the fridge.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook w/ seating for 4. Also in the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer.

Luxury vinyl plank is throughout the home which is perfect for pets. We are pet friendly w/ a fully fenced in yard and low pet fee per stay. We have doggie poop bags and some treats for our guest w/ 4 legged friends.

Br #1 is outfitted w/ a Queen bed, memory foam mattress, crisp white sheets & a quilt w/ throw blanket. There are 4 new pillows, black out curtains and a lamp.

Br #1 features a work desk, office chair & an additional reading chair with lamp. There is a closet w/ extra bedding, mirror & hangers. For guest comfort there is a ceiling fan.

Bed #2 is outfitted w/ a Queen bed, memory foam mattress, crisp white sheets, a quilt and throw blanket. There are 4 new pillows & blackout curtain. There is a closet w/ hangers. For guest comfort there is a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms and it is not large, however it is cute w/ a clawfoot tub & painted vanity. We provide shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel. TP, blowdryer and a first aid kit are also located in the vanity.

This property is located in the heart of Downtown Rossford one mile from the famed Toledo Hollywood Casino and close to downtown Toledo's docks. The property is walkable to the Downtown Rossford bars, restaurants, shops, and pickleball courts.

This home is a short drive to locations such as Toledo Zoo, Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre I75 and 475 & more! This home is located in Sylvania TWP, off of Central Ave in a residential neighborhood.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is around $90, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays while sleeping 5 guests. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. We do our best to allow pets and provide an affordable & clean home. Being that the home is right in downtown, parking can get a little tricky. Walnut is a one way street with on street parking OR you can follow the alley behind the home and park in our garage. The garage is well marked with 2 “115” signs.
