Our home is in a safe, gated community with access to:

-5 community pools
-Beaches at Carobeth Lake
-Mini golf, tennis, basketball, and paddle boats
(Amenity passes required – $13/person/day, Memorial Day–Labor Day)

Important Check-In Info:
To enter the community, you’ll need a gate pass from the Welcome Center. We’re required to submit your info (ID + vehicle registration) at least 72 hours before check-in. Late submissions may incur a $75 expedited fee or risk cancellation. Full instructions will be sent after booking.

🚫 Please Note:
**Swimming is not allowed in Dresser Lake, but Carobeth Lake beach is open to guests with amenity passes.

**Please don’t feed the neighborhood cats — we're actively managing the situation.
