Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service
First thing when we entered our room, the coffee table in the room was dirty filled with coffee stains and drink stains, somebody else’s notepads were by the bed.
Later in the day we saw All the Guests who were checking in the hotel were welcomed with Garlands and drinks. When asked the staff they confirmed that all the guests are welcomed with garlands & drinks and escorted by the staff to the room, we were not welcomed like that and no staff escorted us to the room. This made us feel very uncomfortable & unpleasant.
Last but not the least, The Restaurant experience was terrible, the food & service was mediocre, at one point the food was delayed to the point we had to just leave half way without eating a complete meal, for more than 30 mins. Not a 5 star experience for sure.
