Chalets in Tiradentes

'Reasonably good hostal, pretty clean with nice and service-oriented staff but some flaws in relevant aspects: familyrooms are sufficiently large but our room (no. 13) had very bad internet which we reported to staff. Also, the hostal has basically no TV channels (just 2 or 3), and we were advised to use NetFlix instead (at a cost). Any hotel or hostal that sells its rooms with TV + Internet/Wifi should make sure they work well. This was very disappointing. Paying almost 150 euro/night you expect...

'Pros:The location is very close to the historic area and, most importantly, it has parking, which was the deciding factor in choosing this guesthouse. On the contrary, the receptionist kindly offered to let me check in early, which I really...

'The pool bartender made the best caipirinhas. The room was very clean and property was well maintained. The breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly. It is about a 10 minute walk to town, we walked every day. It is uphill on the way back so it was a good workout. If you don’t want a steep uphill walk on the way back, consider driving or a taxi. We would stay there again.'
