« We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. »
« Friendly, helpful staff. If I could change anything it would be more variety on the room service menu for vegetarians. Limited choice and Iâd add biscuits to the tea and coffee tray.
The rooms are a nice size and the air con is pleasant and quiet. »
« The hotel was excellent for access to local attractions. As it did not offer dinner or breakfast there were several places ranging in price to obtain food very nearby. Staff excellent and friendly ready to help. Bonus for us was we were able to take our dogs. »
