House for 8 persons: approx. 200 m2, spread across two floors. The ground floor comprises living/dining area with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with its own terrace access. This level also includes three bedrooms – two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a TV, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a separate WC. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. A children's playground with a slide and swing, as well as a table tennis setup, can be found in the garden. The Jacuzzi is available for an additional charge – the cost for using the Jacuzzi is 500 euros per week, payable directly to the landlord on-site. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to use the Jacuzzi, or notify the landlord one day prior to arrival. Private parking is available for three cars within the fenced property. The final 50 meters to the house are via an unpaved road. Bookings for youth groups (persons under 25 years of age) are not accepted.
