The SeeZeit Apartment 7 is located on the first floor in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. With a living area of 43 m² spread across 2 rooms, this modern and comfortably furnished apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for both couples and small families.
The fine-sand beach is only about 150 meters away, shopping is about 550 meters away, and the town center is also within easy walking distance at about 600 meters.

The apartment consists of two rooms, including a separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x 200 cm (2 separate mattresses)), a TV, and an open closet.
The living area features cozy furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, an armchair, a dining table, and a dresser. A modern TV and a hi-fi system provide entertainment.
Blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom create a cozy atmosphere and ensure undisturbed sleep.

A special highlight is the balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, which invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The enclosed, fully equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and plenty of dishes and silverware. This ensures you have everything you need to cook for yourself in a flexible and comfortable way.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.
A shared washer and dryer, as well as a clothes rack in the basement, are also available for your use during your stay.

You can take a wonderful walk along the Brodten cliffs. Here you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Lübeck. Geologists also offer interesting guided tours and explain the various sediments, some of which are billions of years old.
