'Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle.'

'Over all it was great. Enjoyed a lot. ... My daughter enjoyed the children play area and game zone. There is a scope of improvement in developing food service timing and maintaining swimming pool.'

'Renovation work was going on when we checked in, but we didn't face any inconvenience. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The most amazing thing was the hospitality. I will give 5 stars only for that. I believe it will be a great place to be in when the renovation is complete.'

'Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. '

'I like property location. nothing unique other there. on peper commitment for facility is not there...for tv only free channel, Ac not working, room equipment is not on desk... water heater not working'

'The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.'

'Decent hotel with minimum facilities. The price did not justify the facilities - the room had a foul smell from moisture. There was no wifi. The staff was good. There was no elevator to go to the 2nd floor with bags.'

'The property seemed to be still under construction. Equipment in Common Amenity Room like Carrom Board was of pure quality. Other table games were miniature, low-end versions. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. But other Room had a Smart TV with very limited options and no channels. Restaurant charges are too high. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are...

'Overall Nice Hotel... cozy stay with greenery around. Hotel Staff are also good but they have Pure Veg Restaurant.And there's no much option to order from outside the hotel.'
