Beautiful 3-room apartment in a residence, pool, balcony, lake view, Lake Garda-Tignale

The beautifully furnished, well-kept apartment with exposed roof is located in a residence above Gardola, the capital of Tignale. It is located in a multi-family house with only 6 units. These include a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, lots of greenery, a parking space in the fenced residence and a super nice lake view.

The apartment is on the top floor. You can load and unload your luggage right outside the front door.
At check-in you will receive a remote control with which you can open the gate for the fenced parking.

The apartment comprises 60 m² and consists of a living room with couch, TV flat screen (German channels), kitchenette (filter coffee machine), round dining table with 4 chairs, a balcony with a beautiful view, 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) as well as one
Bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
For the cold season we offer you an Italian stove.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Bed linen can be provided if needed. 7 € / person to settle on arrival on the spot
• Please bring your own towels
• For the final cleaning we charge you 50 € which are to be settled on arrival
• Tourist tax 1.50 / night / person (not valid for children under 14 years) which have to be settled on arrival

To the location Tignale - Lake Garda
Tignale is located on a plateau of olive and fruit trees, with breathtaking views over the terraced landscape and the entire Lake Garda. To the municipality Tignale include six, at altitudes between 500 and 600 m located districts. The landscape is characterized by the lake and by a succession of hills and mountains, which constantly creates new and enchanting scenarios.

Description condominium
The condominium is located only 3 km from the center and about 10 km from the lake.

There are good shops (supermarket, housewares shop), recommended restaurants and pizzerias and post office, bank, gas station, hairdresser, pharmacy and doctor. In the village you will also find a tennis center and international newspapers and magazines.

Accessible through a winding panoramic road, you can walk this way in about 20 minutes on foot down to the center. In the immediate vicinity there are many great hiking trails and / or mountain bike trails.

The holiday apartment of the residence is located in a renovated country house with pool.

From the sun loungers as well as from the apartment you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
