Villa Via Mare, only 7 minutes’ walk from Playa Grande beach, is a splendid 3 bedroom villa that promises comfort. With an excellent location, you’ll be within easy walking distance to all amenities including countless eateries, shops, and the bustling centre of Puerto del Carmen. Furnished to a high standard, the villa is spacious and offers everything to make your holiday a memorable one! There is a nice pool with sunbeds to soak up the sun, and a fantastic brick-built BBQ accompanied by 3 choices of outdoor dining areas, so you will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Pool heating, WiFi, and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Via Mare has an excellent location within the bustling Puerto del Carmen resort. You’ll only be 7 minutes’ walk from Playa Grande, the longest beach in Puerto del Carmen, known for its golden sands and calm waters. With plenty of parasols and sunbeds, the beach is idyllic for some relaxing getaways. For the more adventurous souls, there are plenty of water sport activities on offer. The centre is lined with a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, all within easy reach. The old town with the harbour is just a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes’ drive away, where you will find a great selection of restaurants and live music bars, along with excursions and boat trips from the harbour.
