Our modern duplex offers a spacious area to enjoy your holiday with total comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a fully renovated kitchen, equipped with kitchenware and appliances typical of a home. The spacious living-dining room, with access to a furnished terrace, is the perfect place to enjoy moments of tranquillity and companionship. Additionally, in this outdoor space, you can relax in a private 3 x 3 swimming pool. The ground floor has a full bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, accessed by internal stairs, there are three bedrooms. They have a double bed with a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, and the third has a single bed of 90 cm. Furthermore, on this floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a balcony with sea views. This duplex can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby (cot available upon prior request). It does not have extra beds or sofa beds. Among other services, the accommodation offers free Wi-Fi on the premises and easy parking (not private). The duplex does not have air conditioning, fans, or heaters. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and remote workers.
