'Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. 'Staff at front desk were nice but cleanliness was almost non existent. Bathroom toilet still had pee on the side and base of the toilet like they only cleaned the bowl. No refrigerator in the room was also a disappointment.'

'Although we had a great help from the staff in fixing all the problems with the airco and beds etc this hotel is an absolute disgrace. Carpets with holes and only stains, pool was closed (maybe better) no breakfast where this was offered in the advertisement. In all our travels we have never been in such a bad hotel.'

'Ongeïnteresseerd personeel zeker bij het ontbijt. Een grondige poetsbeurt kan geen kwaad. Huisdieren zijn welkom , nou dat is ook wel te zien. Zeker de tapijten hebben een poetsbeurt of beter nog vernieuwen. Hangt ook een vreemde geur . '

'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!!
We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean.

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off.
We won't be staying here again.'
