Private spaces for multi-family use.

This home has plenty of room, including dining for 11! Three families had their own space: Pool house, upstairs and bedroom downstairs for grandma! Wonderful pool and also close to the beach and dunes. The front yard was a beautiful area for games. The property itself was great.

Check in and check out was very easy! We got in town 30 minutes sooner than check in time but they alerted allowed us to check in early! Very much appreciated. The house is nestled down a little lane. Very private. The house and the pool house had everything you would need! Very clean! The back yard and pool was the high light of our stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Large beautiful home on a huge lot with a lot of privacy

50th anniversary celebration

Our family, including our children, their spouses and four grandchildren ( 2, two year olds and 2, five year olds) spent 5 days at Woodland Preserve). It was perfect for us. We used the pool and swing set daily. We went to dinner in New Buffalo, of course went for ice cream and enjoyed somemores around the fire pit. It was everything we needed and hoped for to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Amazing property!

What a great” compound” for a family. Plenty of places to sleep and things to do! Safe environment for all ages. The guest house is wonderful. It has just everything you need. The pool was plenty warm, and there were games and rafts for everyone. Close to town and a short drive to the beach. We will be back.

Truly A Woodland Paradise!

We had a great family vacation at this wonderful property. We hosts welcomed us with a sign, a bottle of champagne, ingredients for s’mores and a giant container of snacks which we enjoyed. The house and guest house are clean, well appointed, and fully equipped. The playground, soccer field and swimming pool were enjoyed by all. We had great weather so we did not have much time to enjoy the pool table and other fun things in the game room. We hope to come back!

Tonya, with Aqua Vacation Rentals, met us at the property when we arrived to show us the around and answered any questions we had. The main house had plenty of space to spread out. There was a pool table and other games in the basement and even a play space down there with a slide for the littles in the group. The guest house was beautifully updated and perfect for the Littles when they needed quiet time. You are so close to town but the large wooded property makes it feel quiet and private. Running on the tree lined roads in the morning was a beautiful way to start the day. The pool was a perfect gathering space to relax throughout the day. And plenty of pool floats and toys. Warren Dunes is a quick trip, about 7 miles, and very easy to access for the beach. They even provided beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. Quaint bakeries nearby for sweet breakfast treats. We did a lot of cooking and baking and the kitchen was very organized. Double oven and large gas cook top spoiled me. There was even an outdoor play area for the kids to climb, swing and slide. We even used the fire pit to make smores. Both houses were very clean. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay there again!!!

The main house and guest house were amazon. Would not hesitate to stay here again . Everyone was sad to leave the pool and the outdoor space. The house had everything you could need and was immaculate . The property managers were very responsive and clearly care about the properties they manage . Location was excellent as well. You cannot go wrong staying here .

Fabulous Place for the Whole Family

It's in a great location - easy to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping, but still feels away from it all. There are comfortable beds with nice sheets for everyone and excellent bathrooms with hot water and good water pressure. The main house serves a large group well with big dining table, large breakfast table, and comfortable living room. Downstairs is the laundry and various fun activities, including a dart board and pool table. The Pool House has a different feel but it's a pool house and decorated accordingly- and has dining table that seats eight. Both the main house and pool house have well equipped kitchens that allow for cooking and baking for large crowds. The only thing to improve the kitchens would be to move from gas to induction cooktops. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ, soccer field, playground, fire pit, and all the other outdoor amenities. We hope to return next summer.

We brought yard games and played on the huge front lawn. In the back we went swimming in the pool everyday and enjoyed the gorgeous landscaping and patio. The house and guest house were very pretty and had everything we needed. Everything was super clean, my eight month old granddaughter was scooting all over the wood floors and never got dirty. We hated to leave, such a fun place! Tonya was very helpful during the rental process, answered all my questions as we got closer to our reserved week and met us at the house to explain everything when we checked in! She was wonderful!

A relaxing visit in a lovely, well cared for home

Best welcoming “basket” ever left for us! The Aqua owner met me to check in and thoroughly walk through the property. The listing itself is very exact to what you have for the week. The grounds are spacious and relaxing. Am grateful that I found this place so quickly! I would absolutely stay there again.

An amazing getaway

This home was amazing for our Girls Getaway! The house is perfect for 10 adults. It was the cleanest rental home I have ever stayed in. The welcome package was unbelievable. In all the homes we have stayed at we’ve never experienced anything like that. We spent most of our time hanging out in the kitchen and dining room of the main house having cocktails, playing games and chatting. It was really nice to have the kitchen in the guest house also. The guest house was the perfect location for the early risers as they were able to enjoy their coffee and make breakfast while the rest of us slept in during the early morning hours in the main house. There’s even an office in the main house that was great for a couple of people in our group who had to jump on conference calls. The weather was still a bit chilly but we were still able to check out the beach which was just a few minutes from the house. The grounds of this home are beautiful and there’s so much space for throwing a ball or kicking the soccer ball in the yard. There’s trails to walk in the woods near the river (my kids would love it). Also, the Round Barn and St. Julian Tasting Rooms are walkable from the house although we drove since it was a bit chilly. We enjoyed lunch at Stray Dog in New Buffalo and cocktails at Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks. Both were just a short drive from the house. There’s so many things to see and do in the area and we can’t wait to return to enjoy the pool, the beach and the area this Summer. Tonya and Henry at Aqua Vacation Rentals were great and answered questions we had in a timely manner. Henry even started the fire pit for us which was a treat since we really weren’t sure how to get it started. We truly enjoyed this home and look forward to returning to explore even more!
