'Every time we stay it’s just wonderful. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are clean & the staff are very friendly & accommodating (4 adults, one room - we needed some extras). I keep reading complaints about construction but that’s just silly. Who complains about improvements? Excellent location too! '

'Really nice hotel, it's about 10 min from downtown Kingston with the bus. The staff was super friendly! If you want your room cleaned you have to mention that at the front desk. They don't have to clean every day, but the garbage bins are rather small so maybe just empty them every day. For the rest I had a really nice stay here.'

'Slechte service, niemand bij de receptie en ontbijt. Ontbijt zeer slecht en onvoldoende. Werd niets bijgevuld. Kamer zeer gehorig, ging de hele nacht een alarm af en je kon letterlijk horen als de buurman een boer liet, of nog erger... kortom hoop hier nooit meer te komen!'
