'My room was poorly conditioned. My bed sheets had a hole on it. My bathroom didn’t have towels for shower and sink and it wasn’t very clean. The air conditioner was not cleaned and holds up with duct tape. My motel key to my room stopped working twice and I had to keep asking the staff to renew it. I wish it could last longer on my stay. I asked one of the hotel staff to for the towels for my room and they said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes and would bring it to my room. But they didn’t come...

'Amazing hotel. Staff breakfast!'

'The room was clean. I just wish they would clean the room and provide clean towels at least every other day'

'The staff should have to be out front to greet the guests. If you can't be out front, have a bell to ring at the least. There was no ice available except to make in you room refrigerator. That takes a lot of time to make. Our room needed a lot of updating. In disrepair.'

'Extremely disappointed with WoodSpring Suites in Thornton. The bed cover had stains. The wall next to the bed had stains of something running down the wall and the toilet seat had stains on it. Overall, the room was not clean and it did not feel safe to stay. I did not stay, requested a refund and they refused. Very upset about the situation!'
