Villa's in Thomastown

'Nice hotel in the centre of Kilkenny, with very recently renovated rooms, reception, and pub-style restaurant. Beautiful decor, friendly staff with great service, and very tasty meals at the restaurant, along with a nice breakfast.'

'The hotel, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all excellent. The only negative experience we had was that we had a room (102) close to the reception and bar. After midnight we heard a lot of people talking very loud (I guess after the bar closed). Sadly the staff did not tell them to keep their voices down. It continued for at least half an hour and kept us awake. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect. '

'This place is absolutely magical! The property is enchanting, the hostess fascinating and the breakfast out of this world! The shepherd’s huts are so charming, I guess you could call it “glamping”? The one thing I would say is that my knees aren’t great and I found the steps to the huts a little tricky, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10! I wish I could have stayed longer.'

'Uitstekende service, centraal gelegen, prettige, ruime, rustige en praktisch ingerichte kamer en badkamer, goed ontbijtbuffet'

'Well worth the stay for the $200 we paid for one night. Room was spacious and had a Queen, two Twins, and a bunk bed in a side alcove. I’m told it goes for far more, but we enjoyed the night. The pool and gym are good, but they required you to purchase a $5 swim cap if you don’t have one. We’ll be back if we can book a longer stay at a similar price. Enjoy. 3.5 stars out of 5!'

'Mooie, goed gerenoveerde badkamer.

'The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The Pub was full of great people and Matt was super friendly.'
