'We returned here this year after enjoyjng our stay last year and we were again very happy. The staff friendliness, lovely very comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast did not disappoint. Being able to have dinner in the restaurant is a definate plus with not having to go out after a long day driving. We would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Clean & comfortable space. Helpful proprietor. Excellent breakfast! Location was great for our travel (1 mile from local train station.)'

'We stayed here for a couple of nights, and cannot fault either the room (we had a dog friendly room) Bed was comfy, bathroom very modern and clean. I can certainly recommend the full English breakfast, possibly one of the best I've ever had, there are lighter options. 'Staff were amazing 10/10 Food amazing Very accommodating Rooms says soundproof but wasn’t and corridors smell of the food, overall though we had a lovely time and used as a base and we enjoyed the food they served 10/10'

'one of the best b&b we have experienced. beautiful room and very friendly owners. breakfast is very good, in a beautiful garden room overlooking the garden. the location of the B&B is also very good, close to all kinds of tourist attractions, including beautiful York. this B&B is highly recommended!'

'We hebben genoten. De gastvrijheid, het ontbijt, de tuin. Eigenlijk alles.

'Alex and Brett were super hosts.'

'Was nice. Breakfast was good'
