'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'When we checked in, we were given room 207. This room was on the ground floor near the lobby, and the floor to ceiling windows faced the second floor of the parking lot in the rear of the property. There were cars parked directly outside of our window. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy as it cycled on and off during the night making sleep all but impossible. 'I checked in late for my one-night staycation for Mother’s Day. The front-desk staff extended my checkout by 2 hours (no fee) so that I could enjoy more time. I was so grateful!'

'I need more staff in the hotel. It’s like a 25 minute wait to be seated. There was one person working in the bar de seating taking the reservations. The food orders during a crowded holiday weekend was so unacceptable.'

'There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

'Room was very clean. Small fridge on the floor. No microwave. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant onsite. Currently no alcohol served but they are working on getting licensed. Breakfast for two, costed about $40 including tip. Dinner was around $70. Both meals were good. Parked at a garage not owned by the establishment but directly across the street. Parking was $10 per day.'

'My biggest complaint about this hotel was the fact that they have a barn door style door for the bathroom and on both sides it does not go flush with the wall and sticks out a good inch 2 inch and a half. There’s no privacy there’s not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We stayed for one night, the morning we were leaving we were having breakfast, which was excellent however, the fire alarm started going off Which was obviously a false alarm but they never mentioned that to anyone.
