Pool, Golf Course View Home, 4 place golf cart

Beautiful home recently renovated with privacy on the golf course and a swim spa as well. You will also enjoy the 4 place golf cart and a great location.

The master bedroom has a king bed and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle.

We furnished this home to enjoy in our retirement a few years from now, so it’s all new and beautiful. The lanai is large and overlooks the golf course with a heated swim spa and a covered area to enjoy the wonderful Florida outdoors and the sunset view.

We are close to Sumter Landing, many restaurants and shopping along 466. The kitchen renovations include a central walnut island, (that I built), with a quartz countertop, gas cooktop with an overhead hood and electric oven. The other cabinets have all the kitchen supplies you will need to enjoy dining in. There are several ways to make coffee. We have a Keurig, drip and pour over coffee makers.

The dining room is set up to seat 4 comfortably, however the kitchen chairs can be brought in to seat 6 as well. There is a gas grill and a golf cart provided (4 seats) for your enjoyment.

The swim spa is heated by solar panels and a gas heater that you may set the temperature. The maximum temperature is around 104 deg. There is a swim jet at the far end and spa jets at the 6 seats as well.
We recently installed an outdoor bar with a grill, wine chiller and refrigerator on the lanai. Use your Bluetooth device to play your favorite music in this wonderful space.

The Villages requires a Lifestyle ID for access to golf tee times and the sports pools. This can be purchased from the Villages for $50 and includes two people. Please let the host know if you would like to obtain this ID. It takes a few days to process the application, so please plan ahead.

Home was exactly as listed. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook at home. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. Washing machine had large capacity. Home owner was very responsive. Loved that we were able to transfer his benefits to us while we were there for just 50 and then we were able to golf on the executive courses for either 1 if walking or 5 if using the golf cart. Location was fabulous - close to Costco, Publix and many restaurants. Loved Mystic Ice Cream that had adult ice cream and so many different flavors. Played pickleball, bocci, shuffleboard and used the neighborhood pools. All the residents were friendly. Make sure to install The Villages app on your phone to see all the various things happening that you can do. Great place to visit and possibly even to live! Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Randy and Nancy’s home. Check-in was seamless, and the lanai—with its swim spa, outdoor kitchen, and beautiful golf course view—was truly a dream. We especially enjoyed having access to the golf cart, which made getting around so easy and added an extra layer of fun to our stay.The home itself was lovely and very comfortable. Our only (lighthearted!) complaint is that the golf cart plates had everyone thinking we were Cardinals fans—when in fact, we’re big-time Brewers fans! We would happily stay here again the next time we’re in The Villages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious and welcoming.We enjoyed using the golf cart to visit the neighborhood pool, restaurants and nightly concerts. It was much quicker than driving our car.We also enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the lanai, which faces the golf course. Although we are not golfers, we learned you don’t have to be good to play golf. It was very entertaining. Lastly, the people we met in The Villages are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone waves and are quick to engage in conversations.

This was the perfect house for us! It is so beautiful and the open concept is perfect. My boys loved the swim spa and going on golf cart rides. My favorite part was getting up early and having my coffee on the lanai. It was so nice and peaceful. We were able to truly relax and enjoy family time. The outdoor kitchen was great for a cookout! We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived but the owner fixed it very quickly. They were very accomadating. The bed was amazing!! The house has everything you would need. The golf cart was a welcomed added bonus.

Heaven in The Villages

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring The Villages then relaxing in this beautiful home. My daughter and granddaughter joined us the last 4 days and they were pleasantly surprised that this home exceeded their expectations.
