'Lovely accommodation. Staff really attentive. Love the quaintness of the gardens to sit and relax . Set Away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to Duval street. Love the idea of the snack station /drink station. Really lovely touch. Breakfast all cooked fresh and plentiful. Thank you would definitely recommend and study again if we were visiting the keys . 'The whole house has been renovated to original 1880’s. Gorgeous wood floors, transoms above the doors. Air conditioning in each room. Lovely porches to hang out on and watch the world go by. Staff gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The Hemingway museum is only 2 blocks walk. The Conch house is in the heart of old town. Lovely Breakfast each morning! Bathrooms are modern. I highly recommend this property! '

'Said the front desk was open till 7. Arrived and 20 till and no one was there. Put my key in the late arrival box and the key didn’t work. Couldn’t go to the front desk because they were gone already. Had to call the emergency number to get someone to get a correct key. Had to wait 35 minutes for the key man to arrive. Was late for a reception because of this. When I explained what happened to the front desk the next morning the response from the gentleman at the front desk was “...

'Lovely property and a great location. One block away from Duval St. This is an older property, so you will hear noise from other guests in adjacent/above units. Older AC units and a dehumidifier would be most helpful. Erick was just the nicest fellow - had fun making wind chimes.'

'Beautifil Key West house. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortabel and a nice warm pool. The two gentelmen where very nice. I have only one thing for improvement and that is the breakfast. We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Thank you for having us. '

'This boutique hotel is a real gem. Superfriendly staff that is so helpful. They think of everything. There even is sun cream provided at the pool. The room was fantastic, and so nicely decorated. The small pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, coffee, thee, bread, bagels, meat, cheese, etc. And the hotel is located directly on Duval Street,'

'The breakfast is a nice treat. The pool and hot tub area were clean and very much appreciated after walking the town. The only thing I could say needs improvement is the front steps are very steep and the railing is low. The rest was beautiful.'
