'Grest'

'Ok for a quick stay, expensive for the state. Room is quite large'

'Renovat ng but grest place'

'Comfortable bed'

'I can't for the life of me understand why the HP accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. Also, I thought the showers would be walk-in. How can a handicapped person step up and over the tub to take a shower? I also injured myself on the corner of the bed, leaving a bruise and a gouge in my leg. The room was nice, clean, and large, but not really HP friendly.'

'Just a wonderful experience'

'The hotel was very nice and the staff absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The lobby was cozy with a fireplace and lots of seating and the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Fabulous location! No more than 15 minutes from the most popular attractions and walking distance to several great restaurants.'

'A really nice, clean place with excellent staff. The on-location dining was fantastic. Location is in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to pretty much anything you need.'

'Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester'

'We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!'

'The hotel was oké, it needs some work. The room was great however the sofa bed was terrible. During the night we found out the toilet needed plumbing which made the room smell all night. They did help, so the second night was better. '

'The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down.'

'nice hotel'
