'６人家族で利用しました。６人で申し込んでいましたが、最初２台のダブルベッドのみで、ソファベッド用の布団などが用意されておらず、こちらから連絡して受け取りました。対応はすぐではありませんでしたが比較的早かったです。トイレにウォシュレットはありません。また床暖房の使い方がわからず部屋が暑すぎることがありましたが冬なので窓を少し開けて調節しました。タオル交換もしてくれましたし、メッセージを送ればその都度対応してくれました。清潔感、シャワーのお湯などは問題ありません。洗濯機、乾燥機も使いましたが、洗剤はないので用意する必要があります。施設駐車場に暗証番号開閉式のトランクルームがあり、チェックイン前後の荷物預けができたのもありがたかったです。立地ですが、最寄り駅の地下入り口までは５分くらいですが 、地下で歩くので実際乗車までは１０分以上と思ったほうがよさそうです。電車で移動していろんな場所に行きましたが宿周辺にはショッピングなどの施設はなくコンビニくらいです。'
