Hôtel près de The Phoenix Theatre (Ross-on-Wye)

« Fantastic hotel and pub, very cosy and set in a fab location. The room we stayed in was delightful, very large with great amenities. Food was very tasty and the breakfast was plentiful and hot with a good variety of continental and hot breakfast items to choose from (full English including veggie option). Great to have onsite parking too. Will definitely be back thanks! »

« La chambre était grande et confortable avec une vue sur le paysage et la couché du soleil. Nous avons aussi apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. Le restaurant n'est pas cher, heureusement.. »

« Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return. »

« Une chambre soucieuse, un délicieux petit déjeuner et une vue imprenable sur les environs ! Merci Bharat et Ann pour votre accueil ! »

« Charming cottage. Good kitchen and lovely private space in garden »

« Really cute room! Great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Lovely breakfast and great location. I loved the view from the bedroom window across Monmouth town. »

Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »

« Lovely and quiet. Good sized room. Free parking. Near good restaurants. Fantastic easy checknin and staff very helpful. Even let a gluten free goodie pack »

« Very friendly and helpful. Last minute booking. Room was comfortable, with a huge bed!. »

« Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff...
