« The staff were very nice and helpful. The property itself looks to be going through a remodel but overall was nice. I did notice some spots in our room that seemed like they could have been swept better, and the overall smell of fresh paint was overwhelming. Shower worked good, but the vent in the bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like it was very old. Also upsetting that the pool is closed due to permit issues, as we had a toddler who was very excited to swim. »

« Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche. Le lit grinçait énormément. Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont incroyablement sales. L’aspirateur n’a pas dû être passé depuis plusieurs semaines ou plusieurs mois et la serpillière non plus sur les carrelages. La moquette du couloir est même par endroits complètement détrempée. Devant l’hôtel et dans les parties communes s’entassent des quantités de vieux meubles cassés. La piscine n’ouvre qu’à 10h alors que le petit déjeuner...

« Mold in the shower! There wasnt any bath soap. I couldn't reach anyone for the front desk. Air-conditioning was set at 64 degrees We aren't Polar Bears. Give me a break I cant recommend this place!!! »
